I’ve decided that the only thing in life that really matters is getting ripped.
Reading books and writing don’t matter at all.
At least, not compared to getting ripped.
That’s why, from now on, I’m putting all of my efforts into getting ripped.
Here’s my new schedule:
- Wake up.
- Drink three protein shakes.
- Do 1000 sit-ups.
- Go back to sleep to recover.
- Wake up again.
- Drink three more protein shakes.
- Do one million push-ups.
- Punch a mountain for three hours.
- Continue punching the mountain daily until you’ve punched a tunnel through the mountain.
- Run 5000 miles.
- Drink three more protein shakes.
- Go to sleep.
I think that if I can keep up this schedule, I should be able to get ripped pretty quickly.
